Walkthrough

You'll need to bring a holy symbol, a hammer, nails, 4 planks, a fishbowl helmet, and your diving apparatus. Some food and armor are also nice since some zombies will attack you.
Bring a glory or combat bracelet to teleport to the Monastery later.

Go to the docks of Mos Le'Harmless to find some hooded guy called Brother Tranquility. Offer to help him get rid of some zombies at Harmony Island to be transported there. Keep speaking to him at Harmony to actually start the quest. If you need to leave Harmony, you can speak to Brother Tranquility to teleport back to Mos Le'Harmless.

Going Diving

After speaking to Brother T, leave the mill and head north to a statue of Saradomin. Pull it to reveal a hidden entrance, climb down.
You'll be in a flooded room, equip your fishbowl helmet and diving apparatus, then climb down the stairs.
In this large underwater section, just run east with to a broken staircase.
You may want to turn on protect from melee to avoid damage down here, when you click on the broken staircase you'll slowly repair it with your nails and 4 planks.
Up the stairs, click on a peep hole to view a cutscene. Brother T is gonna get gassed!

Return to Brother Tranquility to tell him the news, and he'll tell you to head to the Monastery west of Edgeville to get a prayer book.
Head to the Monastery and search a bookshelf to the south-west to find a prayer book. Read it, equip a Holy symbol, and return to Brother Tranquility.
Back at Harmony, right click the Prayer book to Recite-prayer. You'll dispel the sleeping gas.

Cats and Brain Surgery

Speak to Brother T again, he'll tell you to get Dr. Fenkenstrain to help perform brain surgery on the monks.
Head to Fenkenstrain's castle north-east of Canifis. You'll want to climb up a staircase, then open a metal door leading to a ladder.
Up the ladder you can speak to Fenkenstrain. If you can smuggle him out of Canifis he'll help you with the brain surgery.
If you lost your ring of Charos, pickpocket Fenkenstrain for one now.

Equip the ring of Charos, then head to Canifis. You'll need to speak to Rufus in the meat store (Just north of the bank) about the meat shipment.
Rufus is strange and will be convinced that you want to ship cats, whatever this works. He'll also give you some crate parts, a wolf whistle, and tells you how to make wooden cats.

You'll now need at least 20 nails (just bring a lot), the 6 crate parts Rufus gave you, a hammer, and 4 planks.
Return to Fenkenstrain and build the crate with the supplies you have. Then add a bottom to the crate, using up 4 planks.

With your inventory more freed up, head to your house or a player's house.
You'll need to enter a workshop and use a clockmaking bench to make 10 wooden cats (Requires 10 fur and 10 planks in total).
With the 10 wooden cats, your ring of Charos on, and the wolf whistle, return to Fenkenstrain's castle and stuff the wooden cats into the crate. Blow your whistle to start a cutscene.
After the cutscene, use your shipping slip on the crate to send it to Harmony.

Bank everything except a hammer and your diving helmet/apparatus. Equip some armor and a weapon for a battle later on, and take out some food/potions too. Keep 6 inventory spots empty, and return to Harmony.

Back at Harmony, go down a ladder to the mill's basement and speak to Fenkenstrain. He'll need some supplies to do the brain surgery.
With your fishbowl helmet and diving aparatus on, leave the mill and head north to a pirate ship. Search a locker to the west to grab a fuse.
Go upstairs and grab a keg and tinderbox, then leave the pirate ship.
Head to the monastery to the south and use the keg on the door, then the fuse, then the tinderbox on the laid fuse to blow the door open. You can drop the tinderbox now.

Kill the Sorebones inside the monastery four times to get the cranial clamp, brain tongs, 3 bell jars, and 30 skull staples.
Return to Fenkenstrain in the mill basement to hand him the items, you'll get a nice cutscene as a reward.
If you aren't ready for a boss battle, return to Mos Le'Harmless and stock up.

Speak to Brother Tranquility again to make sure he's ok.
Leave the mill and return to the monastery to beat up Mi-Gor. He'll summon Barrelchest to deal with you!

Barrelchest is level 190, and only attacks with melee. He can also drain and turn off your prayer!
Once you defeat Barrelchest, return to Brother Tranquility. Speak to him to complete the quest!
