Walkthrough
Talk to Farmer Fred in his house Northwest of Lumbridge (it borders the sheep pen). He'll tell you he needs 20 Balls of Wool.
You can buy some Shears from the Lumbridge General store. If you already have them, enter the sheep pen and use the Shears on the Sheep to obtain Wool. When you get 20 pieces of Wool. Head to Lumbridge Castle. Go to the second floor of the castle to find a Spinning Wheel. Click on the Wheel and make 20 Balls of Wool.
If you're a cheeky bugger and don't feel like working, the general store in Ardougne flat out sells up to 30 balls of wool. If you're already there or have quick access to Ardougne via teleports (requires Plague City completed), just buy them there. If not, simply take 60gp to use both boats from Port Sarim->Karamja and then Brimhaven->Ardougne. Check the map linked on the front page of the wiki if you're lost. You can also teleport/be teleothered to Camelot and then run south to Ardy.
Return to Farmer Fred and talk to him again to complete the quest!
