Vanstrom Klause

Talk to Klause and offer to help him, make sure the quest log shows you've started the quest. Grab the steel weapons, nails, planks, the hammer, Druid Pouch, the Silver Sickle (b), and at least 10 gp from the bank.
You'll be running south to Mort'ton, though you have some business to do at the Mort Myre Swamp on your way. Fill your Druid pouch to at least 5 by casting bloom with your Silver Sickle (b) near any rotten log, branch, or bush. Casting bloom drains prayer, and running through the swamp drains energy, so bring an energy potion and a prayer potion to make the trip easier. Try to avoid the spooky ghasts as best as you can while running south as they drain your Druid pouch. You may also just harvest 5 swamp items and then fill your pouch with them once you're out of the swamp.

Go to eastern Mort'ton and talk to the boatman Cyreg Paddlehorn, he doesn't want anything to do with you unless you have a Druid Pouch filled with at least 5 items. You show him the pouch, and then give him 3 planks. Pay for the boat ride north; once landed run north to a strange looking tree to climb. Try to cross the bridge and it'll partially collapse 3 times, click on the collapsed bridge each time to repair it using up the nails and remaining planks. Climb down and talk to Curpile Fyord, who doesn't believe you're here to deliver weapons. He'll ask you to answer several questions which vary:
Question Answer
Who is the only female in the Myreque? Sani Piliu
Who is the leader of the Myreque? Veliaf Hurtz
What is the boatman's name? Cyreg Paddlehorn
Who is the scholar of the Myreque? Polmafi Ferdygris
What family is rumored to rule over Morytania? Drakan
Who is the youngest member of the Myreque? Ivan Strom
What does Myreque mean? Hidden in Myre

Don't get a question wrong or you'll end up next to the boatman and will have to pay another 10 gp to return to Curpile. Cricle around to the north of the tree once you have answered the questions and enter the doors leading into a tunnel. Run north looking around the eastern walls of the tunnel until you see some stalagmites that, when right-clicked, allow you to squeeze past.

Myreque Hideout

Scan the room for Veliaf Hurtz, and talk to him, then run around introducing yourself to the rest of the Myreque. Go back to Veliaf and he'll finally take the weapons off your hands. A short cut scene involving mist plays shortly after with Klause suddenly showing up as a Vampyre who then kills Harold and Sani holy shit. As he leaves, he summons a level 97 Skeletal Doggo for you to play with. Protect from Melee is very handy against it, but you may also run north and try to trap the mutt behind a barrel to safespot it with Magic or Ranged attacks. It drops 4 big bones and 2 uncut rubies on death.

After the battle, talk to Veliaf and click on all of the dialogue options. Go back out the cave entrance past the stalagmites and then run north towards the wall in the tunnel. Search it and climb the ladder to the north, taking you out of a trapdoor behind the Canifis Bar. You can now use this trap door as a quick route to Mort'ton.
Run back to the bar to where Klause was and talk to the 'Stranger' there to finish the quest.
